As the day warms up, skin may need a touch of cooling relief. Roman Chamomile, long celebrated in traditional European herbalism, has the remarkable ability to draw heat from the skin, helping to reduce puffiness and irritation.

When planning to spend more time outdoors and enjoy a day in the sun, wait 15 minutes after applying your favorite moisturizing crème, then lightly layer on a broad spectrum mineral-based sunscreen, SPF 30 or above to protect against both types of UV rays - UVA rays and UVB rays. By allowing the moisturizer to fully absorb, you can trust skin is well-hydrated before you apply sunscreen. It’s all about layering products in a way that allows each one to work effectively when you wear sunscreen. When you come in from a day in the sun, wash away sunscreen as soon as possible, as it can be drying to the skin.
Walking barefoot on the beach is a wonderful summer ritual.
The sand acts as a natural exfoliant, gently smoothing the skin on the feet. It’s a simple, yet effective way to keep feet soft. Plus, there’s something so grounding about feeling the earth beneath the feet, connecting with nature in such a direct way. It’s not just beneficial for the skin—it’s good for the soul.
