Slipping into a new season provides an opportunity for us to support the skin—and the whole being—with all that’s needed in this moment. As the days grow darker, and many of us transition into Fall’s cooler, drier weather, it’s a great time to get out into nature to experience the changes happening around you, whether that’s sitting by the water or strolling through your favorite garden.
And it’s beautiful to prepare the skin by sinking into at-home rituals to nourish the skin—lazy morning masks and a languid application of Bulgarian Lavender Body Oil after the shower. I love to slow down during the seasonal transitions, in order both to witness the moment and to listen in extra closely to what my body and my heart crave.
