Simplify First. Before adding in anything new—a new step in your morning routine, a new product, a new practice—see if there isn’t any way you could reduce your steps to make your days easier, clearer and in closer alignment with your ideals. Simplifying feels so good—and can be refreshingly easy.
Anchor with Nature. In times of transformation, seek support from the natural world. Choose a special stone, crystal, a beautiful plant, or other natural element to anchor your intentions as you make your way toward your goals, something to focus on, something to remind you about what’s important to you.
Envision Success. Simply visualizing a brilliant outcome can have an incredible effect. For example, if your goal is to slow the aging process or to minimize wrinkles, creating ease around that wish is beneficial on every level, releasing patterns that may not support you. Simply visualize your complexion as you’d like it to be—radiant, fresh and vibrant—and let a small smile come to your face. Softening the expression is a great way of easing tension in worry lines.
Be Happy. But no matter what your goals—and your resolve in reaching them—each of us needs to remember that we are already perfect just the way we are. Transformation is part of life, but it is only truly beneficial if its done with gentleness towards ourselves.
